An indispensable tool for the sommelier’s practice,  whose importance is at least as vital as the wrench key to the mechanic. A corkscrew, bottle-opener or capsule-cutter, it is an orchestra-objet of those who could taste a Matthew B. Crawford, philosopher who likes to magnify the taste of manual labor. A way to put your hands in the grease, but without staining them. The taste of work well done, in short.
